By posting about progress with the CPAN Testers beta, I was tempting fate. I recently found a bug in how facts were being stored and hit a wall of problems trying to fix it up. The net result was that the server stopped taking new reports. Whoops! Well, that's why I get to call it a beta.
In the end, I redirected to a new Amazon "bucket" and reset the server. So the old results are offline (but should be safe) and I'll migrate them over when I get some free time.
Thank you to the testers who reported issues and were patient while I fixed things.
